does anyone have a list of available options, the subaru website isn't much useful in this area so not sure what are available (and what I might be able to get discounted/free) when placing my order

Dealer should throw them in, but yes, they are extra. £60ish iirc.
There's an accesories brochure available for the BRZ, your dealer should be able to get it for you. I threw mine out last week or I'd have sent you it!

I'd also go for the boot liner (the carpet one) as the standard boot "floor" is a bit slidey!

BRZ front bumper looks like a gormless, grinning viliage idiot next to the agressive GT86.


The Scooby version also suffers from soggy rear spring rates yet has spine-jarring front ones...


This can destroy your fillings over the bumps and makes it trickier to get the back end out without risking death !

I think you should read carefully some of the bankrupting Subaru service charges and bad customer service that many of their dealers have delivered, whilst owners have to share service reception with dubious sheep-s

The front bumper is an aquired taste, I'll give you that. Iirc the springs are the same up front, it's just the backs that are more fun on the BRZ...

Subaru servicing costs, well - if you pick the correct dealership (a mission in its own right) you get what you pay for!!! And not some main dealer who doesn't care about you or the brand!! (RRG Mac excluded!)

<div style="line-height: 16.7999992370605px;">the one I've test drove so far was actually more comfortable than my current car and didn't feel the bumps as much, I also prefer the look of the BRZ, the GT86 looks sinister whereas the BRZ looks happy to me.

not 100% decided on the manual yet so who knows but those other 2 dealers you mentioned are 100+ miles away unfortunately

I've always been prepared to travel to get the right deal/right car, did a 400 mile round trip to see 3 legacy's before I bought my spec b, all same year, colour, spec and mileage.

I've never worked in the s/w so I don't know the dealers in that area unfortunately

I requested a full tank of fuel, set of mats and mudflaps to clinch the deal and as the 'Mirrorlink' feature which I was informed was included turned out not to be

then also my first two services FOC

MY2018 are due Android, Apple/Play as standard which is a great leap forward compared to the crappy Starlink system and the 'sorry not on your car' Mirorlink system on my 2017
