Okay, I know people may not have their cars but as we know there are a few who do!

JAE is the biggest and IMO the best Jap car show of the year.

It's at Wicksteed Park near Kettering, in Northampton.

It's £25 for the weekend. You can pay on the gate.

As I know there would be no way the GT86 club could organise a stand for ourselves, I am happy as a director and vice-chair of IMOC-UK Ltd to offer any GT86 owner the benefit of our facilities.

This includes our marquee, PA and of course hog roast on Saturday night. It's a great feel good show that is all about having a good time. Fensport will doubtless be there as usual as well as a number of Japanese tuners.

As someone who has been going to JAE since 2001 when it was Billing, I know a lot of people and I know my way round. I can assure anyone who comes in a GT86 will be well looked after.

Put simply, I'm sure I can speak for my fellow enthusiasts in saying that we'd all love to see some GT86's there in the flesh.

Oh and if someone can bring a white one (so I can make my mind up about the colour) that'd be great.

I will be at JAE from Thursday onwards for setup, the show runs from Friday to Sunday.

On our stand we are doing school uniform for the fancy dress (a bit of a tradition) on the Saturday night. Apologies in advance for the horror that will commence!

The show will be rounded off by the usual fireworks put on by the 240Z Club who founded JAE.

Basically we all camp. There are some good facilities at the park with decent showers that are a stones throw from our tents. IMOC has a very central position in the show as one of the longstanding participant clubs.

Yep, sorry, doh, forgot I'd done that!

I posted this up as I've just spoken to the rest of the committee and they're fine with GT86s being on our stand. Should have added it to the other thread really!
