Apparenty DVLA are letting people keep 13 reg cars as 62 reg if they're superstitious.

Why wouldn't they allow it? It's only an issue if trying to make the car appear newer than registered. Older is no problem, surely?

seems strange that DVLA would do that and allow peope touse 62 reg. Thought the civil service was more regimented than to allow any deviation from the rules.
