So that's what it is ...I was wondering that
Press the accessory power normally kills the beeps when the door's open, well, it does with my Lexus.

·It goes off with ignition but starts again when you switch off again. I have to close the door and reopen wich is a PITA.

Sounds like the alarm setting which you can change?
