I have a 2014 GT86 in orange fully loaded with leather/alcantara heated seats, JBL sound system, carbon fibre mirrors, Gazoo Racing grille, stainless powerflex exhaust and in beautiful condition with TFSH.

Unfortunately I was T boned by a young driver who didn't see the give way at a country crossroads and two side airbags deployed on the passenger side of my car and the passenger side window shattered.

I was deflected towards a tree but managed to miss having a head on with that and instead it merely scraped down the edge of the drivers side wing.

The car was recovered to my insurers choice of repairer who have now produced a report which declares it category S but more importantly which lists repairing or replacing a whole bunch of stuff that wasn't even affected in the crash like the petrol cap, the windows on all sides, the wheels on both sides etc etc. Faced with the prospect of a £23000 bill the insurers have phoned to offer me £13000 for it - which from a quick glance at autotrader just about gets a base spec GT86 with fabric seats etc from a private seller!!

What I'd like to do is save my car if at all possible. What I need is a reasonably priced repairer in the Hampshire/West Sussex/Surrey area to take a look at it and provide a more reasonable estimate for repairs.

The car was normally serviced at Snows Waterlooville the Toyota main agent. They have a body repair shop although I am slightly concerned that they might prove expensive as main dealer affiliated.

Any advice/recommendations?

Jon
