Bought my first Toyota from here last Friday and initially the service from Lauren wasn't great and had to book the car back in due to a light repair and chirping from engine. There was also scratching on the car that I only noticed the day after. Lauren didn't reply to any messages or requests and to be honest, she was terrible. The aftercare from Allen, nick and Derek was fantastic and they definitely helped and made me a happy customer again.
I would recommend Robert or Nick for sales and the service manager Derek and branch manager Allen are really good guys too. Would rather a happy customer than someone complaining and even agreed to correct the scratch for me. First class aftercare.
