Latest GT86 recall - Engine Valve Springs

Just had this pop up on Toyota Tech EU while searching for more technical documents after I entered my VIN and wondered if anyone else had more information on this or what cars it affects. As my VIN was used to get the information I am assuming I am affected by it, however there is no mention of the power steering ECU recall on the list for my VIN which was done last year.

Valve spring sounds invasive, this could be a pain in the arse for modified cars?

Do you think they would do something like reset the ecu while they are at it? That would be a pain for anyone not close to the remap place.

I'm thinking engine out? Toyota might get arsey around refitting everyone's aftermarket manifolds etc. My dealer wouldn't even bleed my AP's on a service.

RRG Macc just emailed me back, Rich has suggested it'll be Dec/Jan before any dealers are in a position to carry out the work since the procedure etc needs to be formalised.
