I'm not having much luck either with getting this oil leak looked at. It has gotten a lot worse today to the point where it is now continuously dripping out from the bottom of my car, so i'll need to get it fixed ASAP if I want to continue using the car.

Called up the Subaru garage where the recall work was carried out to see if it is something that would be covered under warranty and they are telling me they are no longer part of Subaru network so have no responsibility for getting this looked at/repaired. Highly frustrating as the next nearest garage is a further 10 miles away. I called up this dealership who said they are not sure whether or not something like this would be covered under warranty. They said they were going to contact the warranty department for some other ongoing cases and would ask about my particular situation to see who has liability over this.

No idea when I'll get an answer from them but for the time being I'll have to pop into my nearest petrol station to get a gallon of oil just so I can make it back home safely

I think you need to get onto Subaru UK. If it's doing it within a year of the recall being done, it should be under warranty.

2013 GT86 White, Bespoke TEIN Street Flex EDFC Active Pro, fully poly bushed, SPA rear lower arms. Injen Induction, TD EL manifold, Milltek over pipe, decatted, TD resonated exhaust and decat pipe. AP 4-pots BBK. TE37's, mega sound system.

Unfortunately, the recall work was done back in May 2019 so it's over a year now

After trying for over a year to get my recall done at my local RRG Macclesfield. Lots of phone calls and my details taken many, many times but never even a curtesy response. On the other hand I've been hounded by RRG Bolton as my name comes up on their system as still needing the recall. So, during lockdown I took an "essential" trip to Bolton on Tuesday and dropped it off for the recall, clutch, plugs and a 6 year service. I've got just shy of 40k on the clock and it's actually 7 years old, but I've got nothing else to spend my money on right now.

I've got the use of a roller-skate / rice boiler of an Aygo for a week and after filling the tank with 7 of petrol and getting very, very scared on the M62 on my way home, I now know that you only need a single 4 inch long wiper to cover the entire screen!

As a postscript. I've just been told I need 2 tyres and some brakes on the GT. So much for having a bit of extra cash!

Got mine booked in with Yeomans Eastbourne within a week. Went in this morning, despite being a Hybrid Specialist centre somehow I have a non-Hybrid loan Yaris, but I can live with that.

This was recommended by both @Subota Boy and another who has a supercharged car done last week. The Master Tech there went over the modifications and discussed a few bit that I could get him to do. Found out that a good mate in the trade knows him and was told that he really knows his stuff, top notch Tech so that also puts the mind at rest. Plus it's nice and quiet at the moment so this will allow no pressure to be on in thw workshop. Expect the car back on Friday so will report back.
Subota Boy and BRZ like this.

Reading your post reminded me to pull my finger out. Phoned up and have got my car booked in to Beadles Medway on the 14th.

Been a bit worried and had a few concerns, but the girl on the phone gave me the details of the service manager, so I sent him an email asking about including servicing, clutch, spark plugs, etc, as well as informing him about my modifications. I also thought I'd be blunt and ask about how many recalls they'd done due to the issues other owners have been having. He phoned me back within 30 minutes and we've just had a chat about it. They've done between 10-20 recalls he said, and so far, only a couple of cars have come back for minor oil leaks and such - no catastrophic failures for any cars they've worked on. Which has put my mind at ease a bit.

Should be getting a full service and new spark plugs at the same time. I've enquired about a clutch, but I am going to let him know, as I'm considering whether it's worth going for an aftermarket replacement. I don't plan of adding any more power, but I've been told putting in an Exedy clutch would be a good upgrade. Any opinions would be welcome - I don't want to do anything that will feel any different.

Not sure an upgraded clutch is worth the cost unless you're likely to destroy it under regular abuse. OEM was 211 fitted under the recall. the plate itself only showing minor wear bar years of being boosted. It's more the bearing that was noisy and an issue but gone for the whole lot. You should get a report to determine what the clutch looks like, perhaps not time to purchase an aftermarket one but would indicate whether the it needs replacing at all. I guess how long you intend to keep the car will influence the decision too.
