Get a Mazda 6 estate as a second car, my GT86 boot gets used for a work briefcase and that's about all.
I have however got 2 large German Shepherd dogs in the back of my old Celica before, amazing how much you could get in the back of that with the back seats down. The GT86 is not quite as versatile.
As long as the object is not too bulky, the boot (with seats folded) is decent. Onl;y the access is small. And I agree the Celica (gen 6 in my case) was easier to load. Hey I have a practical family car for transport duties.
