Hi Ade

Did you go for the Forester in the end? I thought I saw you had somewhere but the front page of your build threads still say Mocal laminova. Sorry if I missed it!

Just wondering how it works out with the Cossie SC for both road and track. I'd like to do more consecutive laps on the track as my memory is so bad I forget what needs work between runs
And if you did change over, what the pros/cons were?

TIA!

Luke.

Just wondering this myself, if you didn't get the Forester version what put you off? It appears a simply solution for stock cars to just reduce temps a little while remaining as OE as possible

From the guys in the US they have found that with FI you might need some extra cooling for track use. That was why Ade went a different route.

ok thanks, makes sense.

I would only be looking to reduce the temp to a little below the power cut (is that oil temp 130*c?) for a track day, while being acceptable to burn off contaminants in the oil for general driving all year round.
