Hi all. The alarm sensor on the passenger side A pillar has has half of the ball shaped cover missing still works fine but just looks odd. I have asked a few people breaking cars but no joy. Can anyone help please.

From my experience of imprezas
They use the same sensor in 2001 to 2007 cars.

It's because it's a retrofit alarm so not a Toyota/Subaru part number. I did get one replaced under warranty as the cover came off so a dealer may be able to help.

Thank you.
Toyota said they canít help with this part but I may have now found a Complete car thatís being scrapped. He is getting back to me on Tuesday. It all depends on price to me as itís only the cover missing so painting an old one may be worth it. I will let you know what he comes back with.

Breakers yard! That's where I got mine from - https://www.gt86ownersclub.co.uk/for...on-sensor.html A few years later, I found the missing one under the passenger seat.

Hi guys .I have received one via a car breaker on eBay. To my surprise he was happy to only sell me the cover I needed and not a complete part.Only £4.

My local Toyota dealers were able to come back to me after contacting Toyota uk directly.

So for future reference.

A pillar alarm sensor

Part number : GBNGA-VCAUS-BL £24.21 +VAT trade

Might help someone one day. I bet I find it under the seat as well now lol
