Brembo performance pack

Hi. Is it possible to rebuild the Brembo calipers (seals etc) without resorting to Toyota Dealerships. Mine are fine at the moment but thinking about the future as the calipers are so expensive to replace. I use my car all year and had to replace two much less expensive rear calipers on my previous BMW M Sport. Thanks for any useful info

Hi John

Yes ofcourse, 99% of calipers are rebuildable. There are specialist companies which can do this for you, here are two of the main companies which do this:

Big Red: https://www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/
Godspeed: https://www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/

You can also buy repair parts from the above companies and do it yourself.

However assuming you look after your calipers, by giving them quick clean when washing the car or a good clean when you're changing brake pads, they should last for years without needing a rebuild. I'm currently running AP calipers which have factory fitted Brembo seals and they are still good after 5 years and multiple trackdays each year.

Hope that helps.
