Sound proofing looks good mate and so do the switches! Do you have a Decibel meter app and did you manage to check the before and after cabin noise levels and have results you can share?

I do have a decibel meter app and I totally forgot to use it for before, I was in a rush to get started.

Yeah sure of course. Mine has an exhaust fitted so will be a factor. I need to drive to tuning developments in 2/3 weeks I'll do it then. I'm curious to hear how it sounds on the motorway

Got my EL installed today from Mike. I did originally really want the UEL but it wasn't in the deal. After having the EL I like the sound more than I thought I would. No regrets. I can't help but wind the windows down and put my foot to the floor.

It was a long drive at 4-5 hours from where I live. I also got to go out in Mike's stage 2 GT86 and man does it move. Impossible not to grin while in the seat but unless you are over 3k revs you would never know it's a turbo. Sounds almost stock.

Anyway my mini review, the torque dip has been removed completely and the car feels like it breaths freely and is not choking with a torque dip. Instead of feeling bogged down the car actually moves how you expect it to. That's the best way to describe it. Nice linear power delivery.

I have sounds clips I'll post tomorrow for those interested.

Can someone help with the installation of the Fensport Reverse camera, the instructions are useless and don't match up. I've connected all cables from head unit, harness and run them to the boot.

1. There are random red cables loose. The two in the pictures and one on the long cable which is red/black What do i do with these?

Where do I attached the earting point? I cant seem to find a good place to put it and the cable is not very long. Do I have to take out the entire front dash?

Any help/guide is appreciated

Its been a while since I wired mine up but i believe they need a 12v switched supply.

Its worth taping or heat shrinking the phono connector just incase it comes apart when you put it all back together. Saves the ball ache of taking the stereo back out.

Interesting approach to the sound deadening. The boot seems like a waste of time to me, the rear seats do a great job of stopping the noise coming through, its the rear quarters where all the noise comes from/ travels through. I did the rear quarters and isolated them from the boot and the difference was huge.
