Hey Guys,

So my 60k service is very near, but im in a bit of a unique position. My plugs were done about 15k miles ago by a previous owner. Does this mean that the service wont be so wallet damaging?
Anything else done in the 60k service that i may need to know about?

Cheers!

It'll be similarly priced to a normal full service I think... question is, what do you plan on doing in 45k miles? Is it worth getting it back to the normal schedule now to save any hassle later on?

I think the 60k service it's something stupid like £600?!
As long as you have proof they were done at 15k, you should be sorted until 75k and be able to get away to with a "Full" rather than a "Full+" service, or whatever they call it.

Yea they want to lift the whole engine out to change the spark plugs, which ads loads of labour. Luckily they are iridium ones and last 60k miles :/

Might be better getting the 60k one done at a specialist really.

lifting whole engine for sparcplug change .. yes, there was such thing in official procedure by Toyota. And due time needed for that said high charge.
There was DIY guide how to do that w/o engine lift, so possibly it can be communicated about and maybe they will charge less.
